OptimizeCamp is developed and operated by DotCamp LLC. Our support team is committed to helping you get the most out of the Service.

2. Support Channels

All support requests should be sent to contact@optimizecamp.com. We do not currently offer phone or live chat support.

3. Response Times

Response times depend on your subscription plan:

  • Account and billing questions
  • Technical issues with the Service (bugs, errors, outages)
  • Help understanding audit results and scores
  • Feature requests and product feedback
  • Data export and account deletion requests

5. What We Don't Support

  • Content writing, editing, or strategy consulting — OptimizeCamp provides automated suggestions, not manual editorial services
  • Guarantees about AI citation outcomes — the Service helps optimize for citability but cannot guarantee any specific AI model will cite your content
  • Third-party integrations not officially supported

6. Onboarding (Agency Plan)

Agency plan subscribers receive a one-time onboarding call to walk through the platform, configure team settings, and establish white-label report branding. To schedule your onboarding call, email us after subscribing.

7. Service Status

In the event of planned maintenance or service disruptions, we will notify affected users via email. For ongoing status updates, check our status communications sent to your registered email address.
