Managing Your Subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing from the sidebar.
- Here you can:
- View your current plan and usage.
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- View billing history.
Subscription management is handled through Freemius, our billing partner.
Audit Quota
Your audit quota resets at the start of each billing cycle. You can check your remaining audits from:
- The dashboard — Shows a usage indicator.
- Settings → Billing — Shows exact numbers.
When you reach your quota limit, you'll need to wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade your plan.
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (annual plans include a discount).
- Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe.
- Upgrades take effect immediately — you're charged a prorated amount.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. After cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Your data (audits, content) is preserved for 30 days after expiration.
