Team Management

OptimizeCamp supports team collaboration on Pro and Agency plans. Invite colleagues to your workspace so everyone can run audits under a shared quota.

Plan Limits

  • Pro plan — Up to 3 team members.
  • Agency plan — Up to 10 team members.

All team members share the workspace's audit quota.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings → Team from the sidebar.
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  3. Click Send Invite.
  4. They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

If the invitee doesn't have an OptimizeCamp account, they'll be prompted to create one before joining.

Accepting an Invite

When you receive a team invite:

  1. Click the invite link in the email.
  2. Sign in or create an account.
  3. You'll be added to the workspace automatically.

Managing Members

From Settings → Team, workspace owners can:

  • View all members — See who's in the workspace and their status.
  • Remove members — Click the remove button next to any member to revoke access.

Shared Resources

Team members in the same workspace share:

  • Audit history — All audits are visible to everyone in the workspace.
  • Audit quota — The monthly audit limit is shared across all members.

Each member has their own login credentials and can run audits independently.
